Halil Furkan CEBECİ is the founding partner of our office. He completed primary, secondary and high school education in Kdz.Ereğli. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law, which he started in 2013, as an "Honor Student" in 2017. He completed his internship in a reputable law firm, and then fulfilled his military duty as a "Discipline Officer" in the Legal Services Presidency of the Naval Command (Military Court). He continues his master's degree in Marmara University Faculty of Law "Health Law". He mainly continues his studies in the fields of Enforcement - Bankruptcy, Business, Corporate, Family and Criminal Law. He has conciliatory training and Intellectual Property Law certification.

He is interested in Windsurfing, Tennis and Football as an amateur. He speaks advanced English, beginner German and Spanish.
